Come February 2011, Realty Plus will unveil its third edition of India’s most eagerly-awaited real estate event -- Realty Plus Conclave and Excellence Awards 2011 -- to be held across Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai, respectively. The mega realty event will act as a highly respectable national platform for real estate experts, policy makers and industry players to exchange ideas, discuss challenges and opportunities, and find out solutions to the issues confronting the industry today.
This first-of-its-kind high profile conclave will bring together luminaries from the real estate world along with stalwarts from corporate, political, financial, and retail sectors at one stage across the above-mentioned three cities.
The Awards, instituted by India’s leading real estate magazine Realty Plus from the exchange4media group, will acknowledge the extraordinary contribution made by real estate firms in terms of quality, product innovation and customer satisfaction. The forthcoming event has evoked a huge response with an increasing number of real estate players logging on to www.realtyplusexcellenceawards to file in their nominations.
Opening on February 3, 2011, Bengaluru would see the unveiling of the maiden conclave and awards for the southern region. While the conclave and awards night for north zone to be held in Delhi falls on February 18, the event for the western region will take place in Mumbai on February 25, 2011.
Kapil Mohan Dhingra, founder-director, Realty Plus, said, “The new 2011 edition of Realty Plus Conclave and Realty Plus Excellence Awards will debut in a brand new avatar. For the first time in the history of Indian real estate, an industry event is being launched across Indian zones simultaneously. We are proud to host the country’s most sought-after event in three cities of the country. While the conclave sets stage for new thoughts and ideas, the excellence awards would honour the best players in the realtyscape. Taking industry feedbacks and suggestions, we have added newer awards categories which will again add value to the award carnival.”
