Since your launch in 2005. How successful has Kshitij been in achieving its core business objectives? |
Kshitij advises the on-shore fund and off-shore advisor to invest in retail led real estate projects. The primary objective is to generate value from these projects and effect long-term capital appreciation which is carried out through identification of potential demand, partnering with local developers with an established track record and funding the development of quality retail-led real estate across India. So far we deployed the Kshitij Venture Capital Fund and a majority of the Horizon Realty Fund, LLC towards development of quality retail real estate properties
in India.
