Shares of realty firms have been the major under performers this year with BSE Realty Index taking a dip almost five times lower than the Sensex. Though the slide in Realty Index, despite better corporate results is a cause of concern, the outlook however remains positive with pick up in property demand, new launches and expected price correction.
