Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has announced the launch of a new township project in Meerut. Christened as Ansal Town, the project, located at National Highway – 58, has already been approved by Meerut Development Authority.

Spread over 65 acres, the township will have in-house amenities like shopping mall, school, club, swimming pool, gym, badminton court, convenient shopping centre, landscaped park, children’s play area, etc. The project, expected to be completed over the next five years, will clock in a turnover of Rs 500 crores, according to a company release.

The company has also launched a new housing project named Ansal Grace in Jammu. Spread across six acres, it would have amenities like club house, swimming pool, party lawn, tennis court, landscaped parks, children’s play area, meeting room and designer entrance gate, etc. The project is expected to be completed in next three years.
