Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has forayed into Rajasthan with the launch of its new integrated township project called Ansal Town in Alwar. The company will invest Rs 1,400 crores to set up the project spread over 42 acres. Initially, only residential plots priced in the range of Rs. 7-Rs.25 lakhs are to be offered. However, built-up villas, G+2 floors and apartments are proposed to be built at a later stage.

The new project will feature in-house amenities like designer entrance gate, landscaped parks, club house with swimming pool, commercial centres, school and play area for children and the like.
