Crossings Infrastructure - a special purpose vehicle promoted by seven real estate companies to develop a 360-acre integrated township project ‘Crossings Republik’ in Delhi-NCR - have announced the launch of two commercial projects, named Crossings City Centre and Crossings Galleria in Ghaziabad.
Crossings, promoted by Ajnara Farms & Services, Assotech, Gaursons India, Mahagun Developers, Panchsheel Promoters, Paramount Residency and Supertech, will invest Rs. 200-Rs. 250 crores on the two projects.
According to Sanjeev Srivastva, the SPV’s director, the Crossings City Centre is being positioned as the commercial hub of Crossings Republik and will have 600 showrooms spread across an area of one million sq ft. It will have atriums, food courts, a multiplex, office towers and hypermarkets, and is expected to be completed in 24 months.
“Crossings Galeria, a neighbourhood mall, would house 100 shops spread across 35,000 sq ft, an office space of 6,200 sq ft, besides a food court and a shopping arcade. This project is expected to be completed within 18 months,” he adds.
Overall, the township, says Manoj Gaur, also a director, will have more than 30 million sq ft of built-up residential area and two million sq ft of commercial area comprising hotels, multiplexes, malls, service apartments, office complex and community facilities.
