DLF, one of the major real estate companies in the country, continues to rock the realty world with remarkable headway in the development work at its different projects as well as its foray into affordable housing segment.

After launching a number of luxury and super luxury projects, the company has made its foray into the value home segment with the launch of Iris Greens at Maiden Heights, in Bengaluru. The project spread over a total area of 8.9 acres, is located strategically in the midst of Jigani-Bommasandra Industrial Area which has an excellent connectivity with the city via Bannerghatta Road and Hosur Road. It is a 15 minutes drive, to the electronic city and close to multinational corporations like Biocon, Cipla, APC, HCL, Helix Biotech etc.

Tower 37 at Gardencity has received the completion certificate and by the end of 2011, people can start moving into their new home. Significant progress has also taken place at Tower 38-42 which will be getting ready for possession soon.
