North Eye
North Eye, standing at 255 meters with 60 floors, will come up at Sector 74, Noida. Spread over an area of 9 acres, this innovative project is being built up in three parts - East Wing, West Wing and Central Tower. While East and West Wing comprises 1st & 2nd floors being built up to provide facilities like shopping experience, cafeteria, lobbies, crèche, play school and primary school, the Central Tower consists of waiting lounge, lobbies, cafeteria and hi-end shopping area.
Says R K Arora, CMD Supertech Ltd, "We are delighted to launch 'North Eye,' a unique concept project. North Eye has all those features which one required for modern living. North Eye is not only North India's tallest residential tower but its unique features make it different than others."
The Central Tower comprises fully furnished studio apartments of 520 sq ft area on level 3-19 and 21-39, level 41-58 comprises 3 BHK apartments of 2,510 sq ft, 4 BHK apartments of 3,350 sq ft area and 3 BHK duplex condominiums of 1,675 sq ft. Artistically designed by VMS Mumbai, the apartments range from Rs35 lakh to Rs2.25 crore.
Level 20 and 40 has a club house, luxuriously decorated multi cuisine restaurant, international pub, gym, pool tables, cigar rooms, indoor lounge for reading and relaxation and outdoor terrace for enjoying fresh air, dance/yoga room, steam, sauna and spa room for complete rejuvenation.
Level 59 is designed to get a 360-degree view at the North Eye observatory, that's equipped with a real, high-end telescope. It also has a coffee and reading lounge.

E-Square
"E Square", a premium new age retail-cum-office-complex at Sector 96, Noida, is strategically located in terms of convenience and will be a mix of retail and upscale offices and entertainment zone. Spread over an area of around 7,724 sq mt of land, the project will be built up on 5.5 lakh sq ft of the total area with G+UG floors, +24 floors. The size of the office spaces will range between 520 and 15,000 sq ft.
Says R K Arora, "There is a lot of infrastructural development taking place on Noida Expressway and a good quality office-cum-retail complex is the need of the hour. Hence, we came up with E Square, which will offer premium office space with an integrated retail and entertainment zone. It will be an ideal destination for all MNCs and corporates and also for the residents in the vicinity."
Located amidst the residential and IT hub of Noida, the project is just 10 minutes drive from Delhi and walking distance from the proposed Metro Station. Upcountry
The increasing demand of independent living has attracted the builders to construct European style villas for those who can afford them and also for those who don't wish to live in an apartment style living. Supertech is developing Roman Castles and Spanish Villas spread in the area of 100 acres on Yamuna Expressway. This new project called Upcountry, which is being built keeping in mind the needs of people, will have a man-made beach. The unique feature of this project is that the customers will have the option of doing construction work according to their requirements.
Commenting on this concept, Arora, informs, "We are providing world-class facilities, like man-made lake and beach for the occupants of the villas, apart from all around greenery, gym, squash court, swimming pool, etc. There will be facilities of shopping malls, hospital, hotel, etc. These villas will be available in 100 and 150 yards area in which there will be construction in some part of it and the rest will be left in the form of expandable area. Due to its unique offerings, the villas will give the experience of living in Europe."
According to him, people now want to live in an affordable independent home rather than living in one to to four rooms flat in an apartment. "In the independent home, people enjoy all luxury and keeping in mind these factors in mind, the company is making Roman Castles and Spanish Villas at Upcountry on the Yamuna Expressway."
Meerut Sports City
"Sports City" in Meerut is located at the main National Highway (Roorkee Road) near Pallavpuram and combines the best of sports facilities with the best of luxuries and comforts. Spread over 51.06 acre of land, this residential project is strategically located in terms of convenience and comfort of the inhabitants. The total worth of this project is around Rs600 crore.
